Nicole, I found my plastic surgeon on ImplantInfo.com. My name is Mel and I wanted to give you feedback regarding Dr Eng Pang Tan. After researching the plastic/cosmetic industry for several years and visiting several surgeons already, I found Dr. Tan on your site and decided to book a consultation with him after reading about how professional and informative he was and that he had the "hands of god" from several ladies on your message board and from the streets of Sydney. I called him from your ImplantInfo page.
I can not stress to you enough how accurate these messages are. Dr Eng Pang Tan and his team provided me with professional, individualized care that could not be met by any other. The moment I met Dr. Eng Pang Tan I knew he would be doing my surgery. I went from a size 10a to a 10dd, 500cc smooth round under the muscle implants. I feel great, complete as a woman! It has been 2 months now and the results are amazing. I walk past a mirror and its like "wow is that really me?" I'm a very lucky, happy person!!! I recommend him to anyone considering breast augmentation surgery.

I always knew I was going to have breast enlargement surgery after my second child. It was just a matter of saving. I knew Dr. Eng Peng Tan was a professional surgeon but always thought he was out of my price range and what a surprise it was when I was surfing thru the Cosmetic Surgery Net and seen Dr Tan's "Sizzle this Summer" September special for $8,800. I thought there was a catch but was wrong there too. So straight on the phone I went to find out more.
I was treated very professionally, had all information sent to me neatly in a black folder and received it within days from the phone call. It was all explained to me on the phone anyway so I made the first appointment and explained that I lived three and a half hours away and was not keen on doing many consultation appointments.
My first appointment with Dr. Tan was very re-assuring. He made sure it was what I really wanted and got to know me before introducing me to Deb (consultation nurse). Deb was very relaxing, she answered all questions I had and was more than patient with me trying on all the different shapes and sizes with the implants. With her advice on what best suited me in looks, size, shape and comfort I was assured a second opinion from my fiancé was of no problem after Dr. Tan made sure what I had chosen with Deb was going to be suitable for my frame, everything was double checked to miss any future complications. So home I went and was given a date for surgery to think about and of course I went ahead on the given date just three weeks from my fitting.
I arrived on surgery day a little nervous but all was explained to me a week before by Deb so there were no surprises. I was welcomed into surgery in a lovely recliner chair and treated with comfort and care till time came for me to to go home.
I love my new breasts. It only took a week for any discomfort to go but after my first post surgery visit back with Dr. Tan and the big smile on his face that he thought they looked great made me feel 100% assured that if Dr. Tan's happy I know all is well.
I get many a compliment how nice my breasts look and I owe it all to Dr. Tan's assistants and his experience in that area. Thank you for giving me back breasts that look nicer than what I had pre-children at a fair price and caring atmosphere.
I highly recommend Dr. Tan, one of the most caring, realistic doctors I have ever met and his high standards follow through to his assistants.

I visited 4 other surgeons before I met Dr. Tan and right from the word go i knew that he was the one. From the first consult Dr. Tan and his staff made me feel comfortable and answered my every query. I look back and only have fond memories of the lead up and actual procedure. Dr. Tan was very considerate and made sure that we both understood each other.
On the 'big day' Dr. Tan and his staff made sure that I was relaxed and comfortable. I arrived in the surgery at 7:30 and was out by 11:30. I had near to no pain. The next day I had coffee with the girls, went shopping the day after that, went out on the town the following weekend and was back at work after 5 days.
I have had a friend who also had the same procedure by Dr. Tan and she had described him as "the hand of God". I now understand what she meant! i have perfect 380cc silicone breasts that look so natural and feel fantastic!
Please ladies do yourself a favor and do visit Dr. Tan... He is my Fiancés idol!!!! We love him!!!

I was referred to your site through a friend of mine a few months ago to see what others had said about their experiences. I had my surgery shortly after and have never been happier. The other day I looked at the site again and noticed that Dr. Tan was on it and he was my surgeon so I thought I'd write something for his feedback section as well:
"I know most people advise having 2 or more consultations before having surgery but after meeting Dr. Tan I felt that one was all I needed. I already knew of his great reputation from seeing him on TV and even meeting people who'd had their breasts done by Dr. Tan so I was 100% happy to have surgery by him. I got 340cc implants recently and they look fantastic. I was so surprised at how quick my recovery was. I was at the mall 3 days later looking at swimwear because now I can wear triangle bikinis!!! I honestly believe you won't find a better surgeon in Australia than Dr. Tan. He is qualified in both fields of plastic and cosmetic surgery and doesn't even use drains or bandages afterwards, oh and the stitches are internal and dissolving so I didn't even need them taken out. (I actually rung them 2 days after surgery wondering why I felt normal and wasn't in any pain - the recovery was so easy). So ladies, if you're in OZ make sure you have a consultation with Dr. Tan."

The very talented Dr. Eng-Peng Tan in Sydney, Australia. I cannot sing his praises loudly enough. Fabulous staff, immaculate private surgical rooms, lovely bedside manner and.....he creates PERFECT boobs. I'm not kidding. Perfect, perfect, perfect. I'm sixteen months post-op and still peaking down my shirt and grinning like an idiot.

I'm patient #6 in the "No breast fed" section of the image bank. The pics are a year old and now I'm even bigger and more natural looking, due to lots of fluffing since then.

------ TWO YEAR UPDATE FROM ANDIE:
Two year anniversary of my BA Is today! I haven't posted on this Board in a long time, but I just want to drop in and say hi, and let everyone who is pre-op and wondering or worrying about whether to have a BA - GO FOR IT!!I have not had a single problem with my implants; they were gorgeous from day one and as I dropped and fluffed they settled from a large C to a DD. (I'm tall so they don't look huge on me).
Getting implants was the best thing I could have done. I did my research and thought long and hard about it. I understood the risks and I know I'll need a redo one day. But right now I'm happier than a pig in mud. The boyfriends I've had since my surgery all say I have the most beautiful breasts they've ever seen, including all the boobs they've seen in magazines and porn movies. Okay maybe my bragging is obnoxious but I'm really bragging on behalf of my PS. (Dr Eng-peng Tan in Sydney, Australia). It's his wonderful work that got me this result.
So my only advice - #1 find the best doctor you can. If you can't afford him or her right away, then delay the surgery and save the extra money. It's a big thing to do to your body and you want 5-star quality care to ensure the best result for you long-term. And #2 - be very, very patient. I was still changing between 12 and 18 months after the surgery. i don't know if that's common but it happened to me.
